Started in 2010 by a group of school friends near London, SORTEDfood has now grown to become the world’s leading online food community.

Our mission is to get people SORTED by empowering them with passion, knowledge, skills and tools so they can confidently cook with whatever they have available.

The conversation starts on the SORTEDfood YouTube channel, Twitter and Instagram, which engage more than 15 million people every month. From gadget reviews and cooking battles in our London-based studio, to exploring food cultures and trends in cities around the world, everything we do uses community input and recommendations to increase our knowledge and help us all make more informed decisions around the food we cook and eat.

We then bring all of this knowledge together to create a series of tools that will transform the way you cook.

Meal Packs

Meal Packs is our meal planning app that will help you boss your midweek meals.

Each Meal Pack contains 3-5 delicious recipes hacked by our chefs to make sure that anyone can cook a banging dinner in next to no time. Leaving you with a tidy kitchen, all your fresh ingredients used, and saving you a load of money along the way.

Cookbooks

Our Cookbooks app is home to all the recipes from our themed Cookbooks. With over 500+ recipes from the 9 Cookbooks that have been launched so far, you’ll never be short of inspiration for decadent desserts, lazy lunches, ultimate veggie dishes and tonnes more.

Your FAQ’s

App Support

That’s not good! We’re here to help and get this fixed as soon as possible. First things first- double-check you’ve 100% got the right email and password for your account. If in doubt, change your password. Still not working? Pop us an email at club@sortedfood.com, letting us know what device and version of the app you are using and we’ll get on the case.

Not a problem, we’re sure we can help. First up, check your internet connection, the apps currently need you to be online to work. Secondly, is your app updated? There might be a new version for you to upgrade to. Check your App Store or Google Play settings. Still no luck? Please email us at club@sortedfood.com and we’ll get you back on track ASAP.

It’s fantastic for us to know about even the smallest errors and bugs across the club apps, so we can improve them and make them the best they can be! We’d appreciate if you could email us with your specific problem to club@sortedfood.com. Screenshots and visual examples are really useful and it helps us get to the bottom of the issue ten times faster! Please also include the name of the app with the issue, the name of your device and tell us what version of the app you are using.

Packs

Every Friday at 9am UK time, the Club Menu is released with a selection of Meal packs for you to choose from. With your membership you are able to download 1 Meal pack a week. The new selections replace the previous Meal packs so you have a new Club Menu week on week. If you do not pick a pack during this time, the credit does not roll over so we do encourage you to select your pack on a weekly basis.

 

 

 

We’re working on making Meal Packs suitable for more diets. As we grow the tool, you will start to see gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options available. Currently there is not enough demand for vegan Meal Packs, but register your interest by popping us an email at club@sortedfood.com for the future.
We’d also be happy to help you tailor a Meal Pack to your diet- just pop us a message on social media or to the above email address and we can offer substitutions.

Books

Unfortunately, they won’t! We only print a small amount of physical copies of each books that are released on priority to members. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! All recipes, however, are available on the Cookbooks app.

We will try our best to help you out on this but as we ship on a daily basis we may not be able to honour any requests- best thing to do is to get in touch with to us immediately after purchase Simply email club@sortedfood.com
If you’ve changed address for your last Book of the subscription book please email club@sortedfood.com. If it’s less than a month until the next book is released we recommend you set up mail re-direct to ensure the safe arrival of your book.

Podcast

The Sorted podcast, Feast Your Ears is available to club members. Join the club and simply follow the instructions here to get set up with your podcast app.

After 12 seasons and 120 episodes of the Podcast, we’re taking a bit of time to work out how best to take it forward. We’re hoping to be back in 2021! If you have any suggestions, send them to Podcasts@sortedfood.com

Shipping

Postage and shipping rates are charged depending on where you are in the world and are calculated at checkout. Depending on the destination, we may be able to offer an economy service or tracked service. To see your zone and example charges check out our shipping information.
We are currently able to ship to the following countries. If you’re not on the list it may be due to customs laws in your country but email us at club@sortedfood.com and we can see if we’re able to help you.

Joining The Club

We use Stripe to process our payments and accept all major credit cards. We do not currently support PayPal but it’s on the cards so please be patient and register interest at club@sortedfood.com.
Your payment will always come out of your account on the day of the month that you signed up. For example if you’re paying monthly and you joined the club on the 6th, then all your future payments will come out on the 6th of the month. If you are paying annually and you joined on the 6th of November 2020, then your next annual payment will come out on the 6th November 2021.

You can cancel your membership at any point. No pressure! Just remember that as soon as you cancel, you will lose access to club products. If you have started your membership on our website directly, please head to My account and click the cancel my membership button and follow the instructions. If you are having any issues with this route, please head to My account > My Profile > Subscriptions > View > Cancel in order for the cancellation to be effective. It is best to perform the cancellation on a desktop rather than mobile, but any problems be sure to give us an email on club@sortedfood.com. Once the cancellation has been completed you will receive a cancellation email. Check out Ts&Cs for more info.

Google Play Store subscription cancellation
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu  Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for?
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.


Gift Membership

Amazing! You have been gifted a SORTEDfood membership. In order to redeem your membership you will need to do the following:

  • Head to sorted.club/redeem-my-gift
  • Click ‘add to basket’
  • Apply your coupon code in the indicated box and press ‘apply coupon’
  • Please proceed to checkout and complete the process where you will be able to create your online account. If you already have an account, follow the whole process above, logged in!

As the Gift membership is a 1 year static product, your membership won’t appear under Subscriptions- and it will show: You have no active subscriptions.

As long as you have received your welcome email and have access to both the Podcasts on the website, The Packs and Cookbooks app’s you are all good to go!
