With covid delays throughout the postal systems worldwide and lockdowns within certain countries we want to make sure your order will get to you in time. We would highly recommend tracked shipping to accompany your orders so you are kept updated with your orders whereabouts.
We ship with Royal Mail so you can check their international incident bulletin to check your country’s shipping status and anticipate the arrival of your package.
With the recent changes to export in regards to Brexit, please note that we are experiencing slight delays shipping EU orders.

Shipping Information
SORTEDfood Membership is available worldwide. We are able to ship our cookbooks to the below countries listed.
We currently ship to the following countries with the estimated timings:
United Kingdom (1-5 days)
Europe (3-7 days): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Zone 1 (1-3 weeks):* United States of America.
Zone 2 (1-4 weeks)*: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Iceland, Norway, Singapore, Liechtenstein.
Orders placed before 8:30am will be shipped same day in most cases. Please note UK Bank holidays where our office and warehouse are shut- orders will ship the next working day.

Shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart depending on the product and destination. UK, Europe, Zone 1 (U.S.) and Zone 2 (Rest of World) have a tracked service and once your order is dispatched you will be mailed with the tracking code so you can keep an eye on it!

Customs and import duty
All prices include VAT
The prices payable for Cookbooks are as set out in the website, inclusive of VAT where applicable (Cookbooks are currently zero rated). Customers ordering for delivery of Cookbooks outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary. Please note that SORTEDfood has no control over these charges.
Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. It is accepted by you that SORTEDfood has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. SORTEDfood recommend that you check with the local customs officials or post office of the shipping address for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by the recipient of the goods.
