Membership Terms
These are the terms of agreement (“Membership Terms”) between you and Sorted regarding the membership services offered by Sorted, and summarised below (“Membership Plans”).
These Membership Terms, along with the Sorted Terms of Supply, the Website Terms, the Sorted App End User Licence, the Event Terms, the Sorted Eat Terms, the Sorted Privacy Policy and the other rules policies and guidance we provide regarding your Membership and use of the Sorted Website and Apps (all as they may be changed over time) are collectively referred to as the “Terms”, form part of this agreement and govern your Membership and use of the Sorted services.
Our Membership Plans provide you with access to a range of products and services to help you live the ultimate food lifestyle, which include the following:
- Meal Packs for recipe inspiration every week via the SORTEDfood Meal Packs App;
- Access to our digital cookbooks via the SORTEDfood Cookbooks App;
- Access to a library of ‘Feast Your Ears’ podcast episodes;
- Offers on our printed cookbooks and any live events;
- Other features posted from time to time on the Sorted Website
By signing up for Membership you agree to the Terms.
Your Account
If you do not have an account with Sorted, you will need to establish an account to become a member.

As part of our Services, we may change the Membership Plans that we offer, and their features, from time to time. If you sign up for a Membership Plan, you agree to the terms, conditions and limitations associated with them as posted on the Sorted Website.
Membership Content
Certain Membership Plans will give you the benefit of access to Member only digital content on the Sorted website and emails (provided that you have opted-in to receive these) (“Content”). You will have access to this Content only for so long as you remain an active Member of your Membership Plan in good standing.
Fees and Renewal
Fees for Membership Plans will be stated at the time of your purchase or sign-up, as provided by our FAQ page. The fees for Membership Plans may vary. Fees may be subject to tax and are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in the Sorted Terms of Supply. We use Stripe to process our payments and we accept all major debit and credit cards for payment.
If your Membership Plan involves a recurring payment of a fee, unless you notify us before a change that you want to cancel or do not want automatically to renew your Membership, you understand that it will automatically continue and you authorise us to collect the then-applicable fees and any taxes using any payment card we have on record for you.
If all payment cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your Membership fees, we may have to cancel your Membership unless you provide us with new payment card details. If you do this and are successfully charged before your membership is cancelled, your new Membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
Membership cancellation
You may cancel your Membership Plan within 14 days after you first sign-up to it and apply for a full refund of any fees paid by emailing club@sortedfood.com
You may cancel your Membership Plan at any time by visiting your account details page provided on http://sorted.club/my-account/ and adjusting your Membership settings and preferences, or by contacting our Customer Service team.
You may upgrade or downgrade your Membership Plan at any time by contacting our Customer Service team.
If you cancel or downgrade your Membership more than 14 days after you first signed-up to your Membership Plan, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. Your Membership benefits will terminate immediately your Membership is cancelled.
Restrictions
We reserve the right to accept or refuse Membership or restrict its use in our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Membership benefits. We may take any action we deem to be necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, as set out in our Website Terms.
Suspension
We may suspend access to the benefits of your Membership Plan in certain circumstances (such as technical reasons for a period not exceeding 72 hours), or if we are unable to collect your Membership Fee on time, until such time as it has been paid. For further details, see Terms of Supply.
Changes
We will (In our discretion) notify account holders in the event that we make any material changes to the Terms or any part of them or the Membership Plans. Your continued use of the Membership Plan constitutes your acceptance of the change(s). If you do not agree the change(s) you must immediately cancel your Membership Plan.
Termination by Us
Our business may change over time and we reserve the right to cancel the Membership Plans in whole or in part and to terminate your Membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so we will give you a pro rata refund based on the number of days remaining in your Membership Plan (unless we terminate in our discretion for conduct that is in breach of applicable laws, involves fraud or misuse of the Sorted Website or related services, or breaches the Terms or any Sorted Community Guidelines). Our failure to enforce your compliance with the Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from these terms or your Membership Plan is subject to the Sorted Terms of Supply.
